State-Citizen Symbiosis is a Location aware alert and announcement system for government

Punjab government has taken initiatives to reach people to inform them of expected disease outbreaks, blackouts, terrorist activities and informing people of their rights. The Govt. needs support from Telcos to send targeted messages. We build a system that makes it even easier by giving facility to do location based targeted announcements including more than one medium (SMS + WhatsApp + iCloud + Email) - A complete State-Citizen Symbiosis. Also, works 2 ways so the citizenry can push incidents upward using any of these channels too.
