Why women’s are less in workplace the one major
reason is their week skills,
our aim is to build a platform for them to
enhance their week skills and develop their
interest in small business, so that they can
continue to solve various entrepreneurial challenges.
Women need to be educated how to think like entrepreneurs. Whether they want to own a business or be an employee, we need to end the staggering lack of women role models in leadership positions in business. We would like to create a pen mentor website to connect women and girls. The purpose of the site is to become encouragers, entrepreneur’s etc. Make a single place to gather them with their own choices of work which take them towards success and financial health-budgeting. Work on their skills to make our industry open for women.
