Govt submitted problem: Reporting Illegal Billboards and encroachment

Build app we can use to geo tag locations of illegal billboards and encroachments, which can be reported directly to the relevant authorities i.e. DC office.

Problem submitted by the Deputy Commissioner's Office, Islamabad.

  It's a very interesting idea, and closely relates to our approach in environmental/ tech design. We'd be interested to know more about it. Encroachments are a prime stake holders in the urban fabric, and there can be better ways to organize their existence.
