Govt submitted problem: Reporting fraud in cooperative societies

Over the recent years, we have witnessed a surge in cooperative housing societies. This app will help identify fraudulent societies and and report them to the authorities.

    Wow. Simple, yet tough problem. Definitely can think of ways to utilize the plethora of forms and data, validate those and figure out.

    However, I think, and correct me if I am wrong, people 'in the know' already know fraudulent from legal societies?

    Exactly, how would you encourage people in the know to share their experiences with the wider audience using the app? What's their incentive here?
