  A mentoring app would be a great idea, though it might create an imbalanced design where there are more junior women than mentors. Mentors would therefore require a much larger time commitment. How can the app be designed to reduce the load on the mentors themselves so that they are committed to the app for a long-term basis?

  It would be even cooler to get women connected in real time with a mentor for a 5-10 min phone call on a particular topic.
