Real Time Crime Reporting System

Basically it is a crime reporting system, in which user have two modes i.e. emergency mode and normal mode. The app user will press specific sequence of buttons and the automatic high priority crime report has been sent to the nearest police stations. In the other mode, user has to submit the report manually. This will help the police station and rescue services to reach to the crime place and to control that area's situation. On the other end i.e. on police stations, we have server running continuously, in which they are receiving the live reports submitted by the user.
What do you think about this idea? Is this idea sustainable?
