Improving access to public services for persons with disabilities

Persons with disabilities have a need of specialized services which are typically hard to locate. Services such as a reliable manufacturer of wheelchairs, or banking branches which are accessible for hearing impaired individuals are usually shared via word of mouth. NOWPDP (http://www.nowpdp.org/), an organization that works for greater rights of individuals with disabilities, has begun cataloging a list of services in all major cities of Pakistan.

Build a mobile application that given a users geographical location, provides a list of different services within a certain pre-defined radius. Bonus points for a crowdsourced solution.
