Change in electoral voting patterns

A key statistic in determining the performance of an incumbent government is whether previously held strongholds drastically swing party preferences following a fresh election. Use the electoral data (www.ecp.gov.pk) for the elections 2008 and 2013 to build an app or a game that shows how constituency votes swing for national and provincial seats based on various factors. Bonus points for gamification of the data.
