Homicides in Karachi - I

Despite being Pakistan's engine of GDP growth, Karachi is plagued by rampant crime and homicide. Use the historical data on killings (to be provided) between the years 2011-2013 to determine whether there is evidence of gang-related killings.
Build an app that displays geo-location to analyze data and mark areas of particular interest for law enforcement agencies. For users, add geo fencing capabilities to alert them of unsafe areas in the event they enter them.
